Challenges: incorporating Jewish tradition, honoring Dana’s grandpa’s 90th birthday which was the same day, squeezing in some country music after dinner, sneaking the couple away during the reception for 20 minutes of sunset photos

#2 SAN DIEGO BACKYARD WEDDING: JUDITH & HECTOR
What: bilingual, intercultural wedding (the bride and her parents were speaking French; the groom and his family were speaking Spanish)
Where: San Diego, CA
When: April 2017
Ceremony: off-site at a church
Parking: surrounding surface streets
Challenges: bringing the 2 cultures together + the bride & groom hired me just ONE WEEK before the wedding
Deets: small backyard, small crowd, most guests from out of the country, the couple met while salsa dancing
